Question about Husqvarna Garden
Bought my chainsaw from Amazon.com. During assembly, was checking out the machine to familiarize myself with it. Tried to unscrew the lube cap and it wouldn't budge. Do they have King Kong putting those caps on at the plant?

SOURCE: Chainsaw Bar Lube Oil Leaking
A new mounting bar would solve this issue. On that mounting bar there is a little piece that allows oil to drop onto the bar when you call for it or if this is a electric bar oil chain saw. Then it tracks when it needs to open.

That seems low to me. Page 15 in your manual is the only oil discussion I found. Usually there is an oil pump adjustment reference somewhere. I didn't see one beyond return it for service on page 15. Are the chain and bar hot after cutting a while? I recommend you not get a longer bar without an oiler adjustment. I think the hand of the EPA has been here.
An IPL (exploded parts list) for a 440 can be found here:
There is no oiler adjuster listed. HTH
Might be a good idea to copy the IPL,

I hate to say but you need two caps or run non ethanol fuel. There are a few gas stations around that still sell it. I keep a can around for the saws. What I do is run one and let the other sit in the sun and dry. I can usually use one all day before it swells.

Yep they swell after a while and will not screw in or out!
Sand the threads down so that the circumference is reduced with a course file or plumbers cloth, chamfer the threads a bit on the edges. A new one will do the same thing after a while so just fix the one you have.
