Just found out that it's playing with you. There's no such thing as on or off. I guess they're so sensitive that any small vibration turns them on. So if you go and open box it's in and see its still on that's why. Also of you're in a building that vibrates, it's so sensitive that it will stay on. Something about a thimble vibration sensor
