Question about Life Fitness 9100 Elliptical Cross Trainer
Is it just the battery? can it be recharged or is a replacement needed? can i do it myself?
Chances are, if it has not been used in over a year, the battery would need to be replaced. You may be able to recharge, but more than likely the battery will not hold the charge long, if at all.

If you replace the battery and its still not working you may need service. Your controller could be shot. Console could be blown from damaged wiring etc. Basically you need to verify your wiring harness as good and your controller as good. If both are good and the battery is holding at 6.3v replace your console.
