You don't, unless you don't mind voiding the warranty.
What's going on with the handwheel? Do you have thread wrapped around the shaft or something?

Why is the hand wheel so tights

It shouldn't be too tight. Clean out and remove the bobbin/bobbin case. Now, try to turn it. Does it turn any better? If it does turn easily without the bobbin case and bobbin installed you know the bobbin case was out of adjustment.
To adjust the bobbin case reinstall the bobbin case. Slightly move the hand wheel back and forth. There should only be slight movement of the bobbin case. The bobbin case is held in place by a small piece of metal next to the bobbin case.on the lower right corner. Just make the adjustment to prevent the case from movement.
The hand wheel can also be prevented from movement due to the interior parts of the machine being filled with dried greese. If you're feel safe about this you can remove the front, back, etc and inspect for buildup. Clean it up with carburetor cleaner and a qtip. Try not to douse the plastic gears with this. Clean it thoroughtly. Put sewing machine oil on all steel against steel movement. Any plastic movement should be done with a non petrolium product like silican spray. You can move the hand wheel a great deal to observe any parts that may have movement probmems.

How to deactivate the safety device on the Singer Futura SES 1000 embroidery machine? How can I get the hand wheel to turn again to get the machine to sew/embroider?

You can't--something is stopping the wheel from turning, and until you find out what is stopping it, your machine will be locked up. Take a look below the bobbin case, and you'll see a ***** holding a little door. It allows you to clean and see on the other side of the bobbin basket. Chances are, there's something like a broken off needle stopping the gear that turns the hook. It can also be caused by threads wrapped around the tension disks, or around the inside of the hand wheel itself. The hand wheel can be removed by removing the cap in the center--it is hiding a ***** that holds the wheel.

loosen the needle and see if you can turn the hand wheel , either direction , if so I would suspect it got out of time some way .

Bobbin house is not lined up with the needle for a full turn. How can I fix this?

Your machine is out of time. This means that your bobbin casing is not rotating at the right time to be able to grab the thread from your needle. You should take it to the mechanic to have it fixed.

Wheel will not turn on my machine

Several things can keep your machine from turning. Thread can be jammed in the hook area, around the shaft by the hand wheel as well as near the take up lever. It is also possible you can have the machine in bobbin wind mode. That would be the first place to check.
Start with removing the bobbin then the bobbin case or bobbin basket.
Try to move the hand wheel back and forth as you do this. Then remove the cover that holds the hook in place. Remove the hook if this does not fix your machine you may need to take it in for service.

Remove thread jammed in bobbin case holder

Just open carefully the front of the machine (attention where everything has to be put back), identify the problem and try to remove the thread. Inspect the inside of the machine and the lower bobbin case for thread that may be tangled . Take it easy and you will fix it ; most of the times you we'll not need professional help. Post back to tell us where the problem was and how you fixed it.

How do I remove the outside case for my Brother xl 5340.

If you do that, you'll void the warranty on the machine. You may already have. If the "turning wheel" (handwheel) is stuck, then most likely either the machine has seized from lack of lubrication or thick lubricants, or you've got a heck of a thread jam going on in the bobbin case and feed dog area.
