Question about Car Audio & Video
I have a 1995 Ford F 150 Flare side 8 cylinders dual gas tanks. It was cranking and running fine, but then all of a sudden it wouldn't crank at all, we used the screwdriver test and it cranked, so we bought a new solenoid and installed it . Only now the lights and stereo will come on, but I dont think we have it wired back right, and we didn't take a picture of where all the wires go. Also someone before us installed an Alpine stereo in the truck, so I'm sure some of those wires go to the stereo, but we don't even know where the starter is located. So as you can see we are not mechanics. LOL

you could just try disconnecting power overnight and see if it resets then. sometimes pushing reset doesn't always completely clear the memory.
