Throttle body issue

Magtek offline code S43 is a security lockout due to tampering, EMP, or powering on and off again several times in a row. You need to call your credit card merchant processor to repair or replace your credit card machine. There is no DIY fix for this. The unit has disabled itself permanently. Magtek IPAD 100 is discontinued by the manufacturer and cannot be repaired by your credit processor, nor yourself. If you have a Magtek IPAD 100 you will have to purchase a new credit card machine from your credit processor. I hope this helps! -Brad

I was just researching this and from what I can find, that code means that the internal tampering sensor has been triggered, meaning the your device is no longer usable. It either has to be repaired or replaced by MagTek.

getting offline in the sense if u not put ur sim inside the cell it turns to offline mode. and again after v put the sim inside it asks whether to continue in offline or not. u need to give No..try it out..

where did you bought your phone? if you bought it from a telecom's promo it means that your phone is locked to a single network provided only. you can ask a technician to have your phone OPENLINE for you to be able to use any kinds of sims.
if it's not the case, check the slot for sim and make sure that the sim is properly placed. restart it without the sim and then restart again but now with the sim.
