Sounds like a rubbish app/game. Delete it.

If you like the game download it again and see if it behaves properly this time.

(apps/games are cheap/free for a reason.)

Good luck.

SOURCE: I have a kindle and connect to usb on a Windows 7

I guess you're trying to eject the Kindle from the task bar "(safely remove hardware". Try going into Start/Computer/right click on Kindle/ select eject. This worked for me when I had the same problem.

Sounds like your power cord is dead and that it's not charging. If it's new bring it back to the store you bought it from and get a new one.

I charged my kindle, but can't get it to turn on

According to Love My Kindle Fire, nearly every Kindle owner will, at some point, need to learn how to "reset" their machine.
"When I hear (or read) these words from those who are experiencing a problem with their Kindle Fire it usually ends with something like, "turn on", "charge", or "work".

If suddenly your Kindle Fire won't work, then its most likely locked up. However, sometimes when it locks up, you can't tell because the screen goes dark (either gray or black). It just looks like it's off when in fact it is already one. cause the screen goes dark, either gray or black. It just looks like it's off when in fact your Kindle Fire is on but is stuck. When an electronic device locks up or freezes usually resetting it fixes the problem. Resetting your Kindle Fire is actually really easy, just hold down the power button for at least 20 seconds. .If your Kindle Fire won't turn on it's possible the battery went dead (if it was left "on" too long).
Plug in the power charger and wait about 15 minutes to make sure it gets enough charge, and then try turning it on again.
If it still won't turn on, try to reset the Kindle Fire again to be sure it's powered off.
If it still won't work, try someone else's charger, in case yours died.

    Kindle fire won't come on

Put it on charge from a wall socket for 30 minutes (use a phone adaptor if you usually use the USB port to charge).

Press and HOLD the power switch in the ON position for a slow count of 20,
Ignore anything that happens and keep it pressed in.

Now go and drink some coffee.

Now tap the power On as normal. All should be fine.

You MAY want to check what apps you have installed - usually the cheaper they are the more rubbish the coding so they eat battery. Make sure that you turn Airplane mode ON to switch off any "poling" your apps are doing when you think it's asleep. This includes your email program which could be poling your wifi every second, that really eats battery :)

    Good luck
