Question about Televison & Video
My LG 37" LCD tv turns green after about 15 minutes. Starts great, then green lines start to show, then spread everywhere. Changing channels doesn't help. have to power down for awhile and then turn back on.
Two possibilities. T'Con board fault, or panel itself. Contact any service technician to confirm. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Viewing it in "Mosaic" will make surf easy.
Defective screen shots to LCD TVs are given. Hopes that can help you to diagonise the fault.

Try One of your working TVS and connect it to your cable outlet of the TV that is having problems. If that TV Does not work then there may be a degraded fitting or the Leg coming of the splitter to that outlet could have a Low Signal Problem
Next Take the First TV that was not working properly and put it on the cable outlet of one of the TVs that is working properly and if the TV set works on that Channel then you know it is not your TV that it must be the cable

Here's a link to the service manual for a slightly larger LG LCD TV. Perhaps it may be of some help? The troubleshooting section appears to be the same for many models of LG TVs...

I wrote a guide on how to fix this problem. It's really easy to do and only costs £1 (about $1!). You can view, download and print the guide here - http://www.scribd.com/doc/13515584/Polaroid-TLU03711C-Replace-Capacitors-Guide

Your power supply board is dead, u know basic electronics’ and soldering? Most of the times, the power supply board just have dead leakages gases capacitors. These capacitors always bulges up on it top,or puff up on it top.Replaced these gases leakages capacitors will get your TV power stable, and work again.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
hope this helps...
