Go on the computer that the router is manually plugged into. From there, type into google, what is my IP address. Once you have those numbers, copy and paste that into your browser. Try it there. IF that fails, contact the internet provider.

Welcome to Fixya. For you to access your router you need to type 192.168.1.1 to he address bar of your browser and it will ask you for a username and password. The default username is "leave it blank" and the default password is admin
