Remove the front and rear panels off of a MasterCool P12

I just bought an adobeair mastercool P12 mobile swamp cooler and want to install the float. The manual says to remove rear panel but how? There are indentations on the side and it looks like ot should pull off but its very tight and I dont want to break the panels if their not supposed to just pull off.

Lift yhe panel and pull out at bottom. The ones that come out usually have hand slots
