You say it copies fine.
I would delete the print driver and download the latest driver from Kyocera.
If this doesn't work, you have a bad print controller.
Hytech will repair these.
all black is going to be something grounding on the charge grid. for the falcon series remove the waste toner bottle and you can slide out the charge grid w/o using tools (look for the green handle sticking out of the drum assy) the grides on the falcon series are very fragile. bent wires (so they are touching) or toner build up on them can do this.
if cleaning doesn't work, and you're confortable doing it, removing the thin black foam pad that's supposed to be used to clean the wire can help if it has enough toner caught on it to be touching the grid from the underside.
