Question about Sharper Image Touch Mp4 Player
Screen says it's unlocked, but still does not respond to touch.

If it's not downloading videos, first you need to check the requirements. If you're trying to download a video from the computer to your MP4, you have to make sure that the device has enough space to accept the video.
Example: the video size is 700MB, but you only have 600MB remaining storage on your MP4, then the device could never afford a file size that is larger that the free storage.
Check the supported file format of the device. Refer to the user manual of your device to see what are the supported video file formats. Let's say the device could support .avi file, but you are trying to download .3gp or other file format, the device would not accept it.
Kindly refer to the user manual or contact the manufacturer for more details about your device.

Mine looked like that, however, it has 2 "on" buttons. The major one on the left. says on off. Put to on. Then the upper button on the right, is actually the on off/ push and hold for 3 sec. then wait, it should come right on.

Ok, this means that the format in which you copied the files to the player is not supported. You need to convert the audio file to mp3 format before you transfer it to your player.
Hope this can steer you in the right direction.

See if you can get info at avon.com It should be able to plug right up and your cpu recognize it. Worst case if you bought it from an avon rep you can exchange it for a new one or get a refund. If you bought it from a local avon rep call them and see if they can help. If not call avon customer service at 1-866-500-AVON
