How to unlock LG monitor controls? whenever I try to use monitor controls for brightness settings etc it gives a message "controls locked"! please help me to resolve this.... thank you!

Try pushing the menu button and the right arrow button on the monitor together for about three seconds. The message "controls unlocked" should appear.
