Question about ORtek MCK-8800 (mck8800) Keyboard

ORtek MCK-8800 Keyboar not connecting

All keys on keyboard doesnt work.

I tried to reset connection.
I pushed button on a receiver, and when i reset keyboard, receiver started to flashing faster for a moment. Mouse work properly, i don't know what i can do now, i like this product so please help me.

Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

Normal 0 Make sure the batteries are good then try the following.


Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.

None of my Keys are working


Did you install the CD software program that came with your keyboard and mouse?

If you did try the following:
Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
