Question about DeLonghi Perfecta ESAM5500 Fully Automatic Bean to Cup Coffee Maker
I descaled, it came out in drips. Then I soaked the diffuser for several hours in water. Still only in drips. Then I soaked the difuser in descaler and then rinsed in water...still only drips. Then in straight vinegar and rinsed with water. Still only drips out. The spout is not clogged, those have been cleaned out... and the rinse function produces only drips as well. We have high calcium deposits, but again, I have descaled the machine. What else can be wrong?

Hi. Husband asks: When you first turn the machine on at the power point, does it make a motor sound and then stop, or is the awful noise apparent at that time.
If the awful noise starts as soon as you turn it on, then most likely there is a motor problem which will need to be seen by a Service Center.

Your problem is the holes in the cappuccino maker and
steam nozzle are clogged. Clean the holes in the cappuccino maker and the steam nozzle.
IMPORTANT: Before cleaning the holes in the steam nozzle, make sure that there that it is not hot and there is no pressure on the machine.
I'm sending you a free pdf manual download of what I believe to be your machine. If this is not it, give me the model # and I will try to find it.
