The batery in my sennheiser headphone only last 3 minutes after charging.the chargin lightin the charger dont come on

Obviously your rechargeable battery isn't getting charged. It's probably a good battery as it recovers enough to run for 3 minutes after you try charging it. (all that's happening is the battery is allowed to rest and it recovers a little bit of it's capacity.)
As to why it's not getting charged, it could be the charger or the wiring in the headphones or the wiring in the base or a few other possibilities. You didn't give us a model number or any other details so we can't get any closer than that.

Headphones Panasonic

if these are older headphones it's likely that the batteries have gone bad or are defective, if this is a new unit, (aside from returning it for working one) it could still be the batteries, but the other likely issue is the charging unit is defective. you could test with a volt meter to see if it's getting juice. you could also have a short in the headphones somewhere.

My problem concerns my new Philips SBC HC8445 wireless headphones. After using them for some time, the sound starts to cut in and out. First I thought it was because batteries were running low, but after...

after NiCd batteries are recharged many times they develop a memory and will not maintain a charge past the time that they were again put on the charger. If this doesn't make sense, do this: buy new batteries and install them, and keep the old ones for spares

SONY MDRIF610 Wireless infrared headphones -- I have two sets that won't work -- the Infrared units light up, but I get nothing from the headphones, which haven't been used in a long time and don't seem to...

Hi, to reach the internal battery You have to 1) gently detach the L(left) internal soft ear cover from the headphones, 2) Unscrew the 4 internal screws -- To replace the original NiCd 600mAh battery, You have to unsolder the contacts of the old battery and solder the contacts of the new one. You must buy a battery with soldering tabs, because tabs are very hard to solder well. - Yes, ONLY with this model You may use a NiMh battery, because the original charge-circuit was designed to stop after the battery is fully charged. (NOT many NiCd battery chargers have a cut-off circuit based on battery charge. they use only thermic protection cut-off) -- I've used 2800mAh NiMh to solve the problem, but I'm thinking to use the new hybrid cells battery, because they have a very small discharge rate when are not in use. -- No, You must not use LiIon or LiPo because they need a more precise charging rate and they may explode.Simply don't do that! ;-)
cheers, Rcatech
