D7000 will not deface your photographs by scrawling a string of numbers across them. However the date and time (and a lot more) are stored with each image in the file's EXIF metadata. If you want to print this information, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your photos. Depending on the program and printer, you may print this information on the image, in the margins, or on the back. For example, if you're creating a DPOF on the D7000 itself, the instructions are in the "Creating a DPOF Print Order: Print Set" section of the camera manual (page 189 in my copy).
