You may need to go to www.partsurfer.hp.com, in the support area they have drivers and updates. There's one for printers not printing from the internet, and other printing problems. When the test prints work ok, the inks are good then the loss is between the computer and the printer.

THIS IS A CARTRIDGE OR PAPER JAM ERROR.CHECK FOR ANY PAPER STUCK IN THE PRINTER,ALSO TRY REPLACING INK CARTRIDGES

Paper goes in the bottom tray. Take a small stack and place it in the bottom tray and push it in until it stops. It will feed out of this tray, print it and output it to the top tray.
