Question about Brookstone Home
I tried the reset button; I know the outlet is live. Warmer has worked well for more than a year. The power button seems to be depressed, thus making it unable to turn on.

Hi guys. No need to panic. I thought I had the same problem when I got mine but actually there is no problem. Somehow, the off-on switch on the system is kind of funny. U really have to have small finger and depress the switch as far as u can until the system comes on. Might not be the fix you're looking for but give it a try anyway. Nothing to lose. Good luck.

SOURCE: Towel Warmer Troubleshooting
The towel warmers are designed to stay on at a relatively constant temperature to keep your bathrobes and towels fresh, warm and dry. However, should you need to turn the unit off for any reason, usually every towel warmer have an on/off button.
