Question about Whirlpool Refrigerators
My fridge is not staying cool,my freezer part seems to work fine though. I also notice that ice builds up in the vent between the freezer and the fridge. I have gotten rid of that ice a few times, but it keeps coming back. I vacuumed all of the dust off coils underneath hoping that would fix it,but my fridge hasnt cooled down yet,and my food is still packed in a cooler. Also i did notice the fan was working on the back underneath the fridge. Im totally stumped on what the problem could be..any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

There is a fan and a damper the blows cold air from freezer to refrigerator compartment. Damper is stuck closed or fan is not working is a good starting point.
