I have lost my instruction manual for my Sunbeam food processor LC6200 type 520

You can download most manuals online. I usually just type the manufacturer and part number into Google, and add the word manual. here is a link that might have what you need:

How to disassemble the Sunbeam Oskar processor to wash.

Ours is hard to remove, too. I just hold the base with both hands, then put my left thumb and right index fingers on the parts of the bowl where it attaches to the base. Then push it, if I remember correctly, clockwise. This works far better than gripping the entire bowl.

Food processing. I wish to feed eg. carrots, parsely, pumpkin,

If you're in Australia there are some Sunbeam models that have a continuous flow attachment where the chopped items don't have to end up in a bowl you have to continually empty.

The Sunbeam Oskar™ 400 Model LC2700 can be found at http://www.sunbeam.com.au/Pages/Browse/ProductDetail.aspx?pid=1352

The Sunbeam Cafe Series LC8900 http://www.sunbeam.com.au/Pages/Browse/ProductDetail.aspx?pid=1360 has a similar attachment that can be bought as an accessory. LC0800 http://www.sunbeam.com.au/Pages/Browse/ProductDetail.aspx?pid=1351

Now I'm guessing you're not in Australia but at least these things do exist! By the way I don't work for Sunbeam but have ordered this type of thing in for customers.
