Water leaks out the bottom through through the clutch when filled and running

There are gaskets and shaft seals that can leak. Not an easy task. On my GE washer, I had pinhole leaks near the transmission mounting flange. I used JB Weld epoxy and sheet metal screws to seal the leaks. and of course changed the gasket. That was 8-9years ago. So my investment in time and transmission paid off. A bright light under the clutch and a dark room may show what's leaking. you may be able to temporarily seal with a window caulk from the top or bottom Or a bathtub waterproof sealant. If it's the rubber gasket, a rubberized sealant "may" help. I guess it could also be the pump. I use paper towels tied around things like drain pipes to find leaks, or make sure my work is not leaking.

How much doe it cost to fix exhaust leaks

Hello,
Well--this depends, assuming you want to do the work yourself and do not want to take it to a shop.
Are we talking exhaust manifold leaks? Exhaust manifold pipe flange leaks? Catalytic Converter flange leaks? Or Muffler Flange leaks?

You can look up these parts online at any auto parts store. I suggest using oil or penetrating fluid of some kind to spray or put on the bolts. I spray them really good every day for about 3-5 days. But you probably should not drive the vehicle when doing this. I do this so I do not break any bolts. Your vehicle is not very old so you should not have too much of a problem just be careful. If the bolt does not want to move without a breaker bar you should spray them until they move relatively easy. Look at the torque settings if you have a book or go to the library. Usually they are about 35ft-lbs so they should not be really hard to get off.
If you have more questions, let me know.

How do you replace the fuel pump in a 1997 Ford thunderbird?

Electric Fuel Pump REMOVAL & INSTALLATION Non-Supercharged
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable and properly relieve the fuel system pressure.
  2. Remove the fuel tank and place it on a bench.
  3. Remove any dirt that has accumulated around the fuel pump retaining flange so it will not enter the tank during pump removal and installation.
  4. Turn the fuel pump locking ring counterclockwise and remove the locking ring.
  5. Remove the fuel pump and bracket assembly. Remove and discard the seal ring. To install:
  6. Clean the fuel pump mounting flange, fuel tank mounting surface and seal ring groove.
  7. Apply a light coating of grease on a new seal ring to hold it in place during assembly and install in the seal ring groove.
  8. Install the fuel pump and bracket assembly carefully to ensure the filter is not damaged. Make sure the locating keys are in the keyways and the seal ring remains in the groove.
  9. Hold the pump assembly in place and install the locking ring finger-tight. Make sure all the locking tabs are under the tank lock ring tabs.
  10. Rotate the locking ring clockwise until the ring is against the stops.
  11. Install the fuel tank in the vehicle. Add a minimum of 10 gallons of fuel to the tank and check for leaks.
  12. Install a suitable fuel pressure gauge on the valve on the fuel rail.
  13. Turn the ignition switch from OFF to ON for 3 seconds. Repeat this procedure 5–10 times until the pressure gauge shows at least 35 psi. Check for fuel leaks.
  14. Remove the pressure gauge, start the engine and check for leaks. prev.gif next.gif

How to separate the two impeller flanges of a jacuzzi pump to access the impeller in order to remove the wet end from the motor OR is there some way to remove the wet end of a white JWB 60C Ser no. 06785...

That is an old sealed Jacuzzi pump that can not be repaired. It is one of many reasons why Jacuzzi never did well in the pump business and has gone from owner to owner over the years. Unfortunately your pump is not repairable without destroying it in the process.

Wet ends may still be available. The part numbers I have are:
850100 .5/.75 HP
9011000 1 HP
850200 1.5 HP
856600 2 HP

0199000 Gasket (2 req’d)
4516000 Flange, 2”

Good luck,
John

Water not coming through

Descale the unit as described in the owners manual. If this doesn't work get a can of compressed air that has the extension nozzle on it and blow the air into the upper nozzle, the one that pierces the cup. Has worked every time I've done it.

I cannot get the bolts to seat correctly and the tank leaks

You have a Broken Flange.

Not a hard fix, There is a repair kit.
Don't get the Half Flange repair kit... Get the Complete hole metal flange repair kit, install and also replace the wax ring and your back in business.

Hope this tip helps.
