I use mine almost exclusively plugged in. You can "cook" a battery this way. Think of batteries as having only so many recharge cycles. Like the turn signals on your car will eventually come to the end of it's life, so don't sit through a red light with it blinking for three minutes before you get a green light and make your turn, I turn mine on just before the light turns green. I also take my battery out about every third day and run it only on the AC adapter, giving the battery a rest.
Try to slide and hold the on switch until after the power light blinks three times (should happen after a little more than 5 seconds). Release the switch after the blinks and the Kindle should start up.
This is only necessary if the Kindle was switched off by the same method before, or if the battery was completely drained. A short nudge of the power switch merely puts it in and out of a power-saving sleep mode, the prolonged hold really cuts / reinstates power.
Take out the battery, plug it in turn it on, if the problem is the same unplug it. Turn it over and remove the access panel from the bottom. There you should find your RAM if you have two RAM modules installed remove both and replace them one at a time with the power off. So insert one and power on computer if the same result as before, remove it and insert the other RAM and power it on again. Also look to see if your CPU fan is spinning. If your fan only spins for 5 to 10 seconds and powers off one of three things are bad, either your CPU, GPU, or Motherboard are bad or damaged. It might turn on here or there if this happens it's probably your GPU. Hope this helps you.
For a while I was not able to figure out how to turn the Jabra Halo headset on. What you need to do is unfold the headset and then push the hinged portion into itself, which will lock it in place so that it will no longer hinge for the time being.
Hi, If the Lamp red light is blinking then replace lamp, replacement procedure is written in user manual and its easy. If standby/ power red light is blinking then please count its blinking and post here. It is an error code that has info about problem in specific section of tv. You will see 3 seconds long pause between blinks so count pause to pause.
Try this too and if it doesnt work the first time u might have done something wrong and try it again. if u can reset it then u will have to have it scanned1. Turn the key from off to on. 2. Watch the airbag light closely. It will stay on for a few secs. and then as soon as it blinks off (the start of the flashing), turn the key off instantly. 3. Count to 5 (1 Mississippi, 2 Mississippi . . . .) 4. Repeat steps 1-3 two more times until you have done the cycle three times. 5. Now turn the key on and watch the light. It will start blinking in a different, slower manner. This is diagnostic mode. You can watch this for a little while, no hurry. 6. Now turn the key off again, Count to 5 like in step 3 again, and turn back on. If the procedure worked, the airbag light will not be flashing. Reply With Quote
