Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Is there a way to delete my old Facebook junk. I'm sure it is taking up a ton of space and I don't have much left. Thanks

All of your Facebook info is stored online at Facebook and not on your computer.

However, if you do not clean up your cache (temporary internet files) on a fairly regular basis, you may have a large amount of disk space used by those files, which include your Facebook activity.

You can clean up your cache from each internet browser you use by following the instructions for that specific browser (i.e. Edge, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc.). Easiest way to find out how is, for example, to Google "How to clear cache in Firefox". (Substitute Firefox with the browser you are using).

Your operating system can also help. If you are using Windows, use the file explorer to find your C: drive. Right click on your C: drive and choose Properties, you will see a graphic image on the properties dialog showing how much of your drive is used and how much is available. Below that is a button that says Disk Cleanup. Click that button and it will analyze your disk for files that can be removed. Wait for that scan to complete and it will show you several categories of files that can be cleaned up. It will show how much space is being used by temporary internet files (browser cache), make sure the box in front of that choice is checked and click OK to clear those files.

Note: using the disk cleanup option above also gives you the ability to remove other file categories. Clicking the box in front of Temporary Files is also usually safe to do. Be careful with other choices, if they do not already have a check in the box, use caution.

Tip

Enhancing your laptop speed.

Make it a regular habit of deleting the temp files on your system as this can lead to slowing of you laptop. For doing this click RUN in the START menu and type "%temp". This will take you to your temporary files which you can regularly delete . Or goto MY COMPUTERS select the appropriate drive, goto documents and settings where you will have temp folder. Select this folder and delete all the files.
Note : Kindly do this activity when you start the computer as it will not delete the temp file which are in use if you do it later.

How do i look up browsing history on my computer

If you are talking about the temporary internet files, you can check on it on the location stated below. Now if you need to know what website you children went, you need to activate the parental control of your computer (that is if you have either Vista or Win 7). If you don't have such operating system, try to download some parental control software. AVG Internet security has one. Only that the software isn't free.
