SOURCE: I need the assembly instructions for a Jumbuck

Hello

Assemble your new propane BBQ grill in the same area in which you will use it. Choose an outdoor area that is away from buildings, trees, bushes, power and phone lines. The ground should also be level and free from grass or other flammable materials.

Lay out all of the parts of your new propane grill, and conduct an inventory against the parts list in the owner's manual to ensure that nothing is missing. Avoid throwing away any packing materials or the carton until you have assembled the grill and seen that it is working to your satisfaction.

Gather the tools you will need to assemble the propane BBQ grill. In most cases, this will just be a screwdriver and a small adjustable wrench.

Follow the instructions in the owner's manual to assemble the grill. With many models of propane BBQ grills, you will start by attaching the main housing to the base or rolling stand. You may want to ask someone for help to steady these large pieces while you tighten the hardware.

Install the burners into the main control panel, taking care to inspect the burners for cracks, corrosion or enlarged holes. The burners will usually snap into the control valves quite easily, with the built-in igniter unit eventually added to this assembly.

Attach the side tables and lid during the later steps of assembly of your new propane grill. You will also add any decorative items and accessories at this point, including handles, accessory compartments and hooks.

Install the cooking grates and the propane tank as the final steps when you assemble your new propane BBQ grill. Ensure that the propane tank is secure underneath the grill, and that the attached gas line and valve work properly. All seals and connectors should tighten satisfactorily as well.

Need assembly instructions for a jackaroo flinders 4 burner bbq

It is a discontinued product so you are probably going to have to just lay all the parts out and guess. You could also look for assembly instructions for a similar BBQ made by Weber. They all follow a logical sequence.

I did find reviews, you could ask if anyone has the manual and when you ask a question, the question is sent to those who have reviewed already.

No, John, Yo do not want to use the rotisserie rod/spit without the wooden handle. Call BBQ's Galore Customer Service 800-752-3085 for a replace handle. If they can't help you, go to the following link and search by the Model Number of your grill (FYI - Capt Cook is not a model number).

My charbroil bbq had a metal part above the burner that has now broken and i need a new 1 do you know where i can get 1 and what the part is called

Hello, Yes, It's called a burner shield. You can go to this link and order what you need. http://www.grillparts.com/charbroil/masterflameparts.htm

You'll need to select which model series # it is and if it was made from before or after 1999, in order to bring up the correct parts list for your model. Then you can find the shield in the parts list and order it online from this parts supplier. Have a great day!

No gas getting to bbq

I switched to the new style 20# tank with the new turn-on knob.  I couldn't get enough gas pressure to the BBQ burners for all three burners to light or to keep a strong flame on even one burner.  The new style tanks have a safety valve on the inside of the tank that shuts the gas off if you turn the knob on too fast because the safety valve thinks there is leak.  Shut everything off and then try turning the knob on real slow, especially at first, before turning it all the way on.  If that doesn't work (it didn't for me), then replace the large plastic connection valve knob (female end) that attaches the regulator to the tank.  Mine was for the old style tank and was black (low pressure).  I went to a propane company and had them replace it with a green knob (higher pressure).  Took it home and WALA!  Everything works fine now.  But it was very frustrating trying to figure why I couldn't get any gas to the burners after buying a brand new tank.  I hope this helps solve your problems.

Gas grill prob.

Barbecue Repair Parts Don't let spiders crawl into your venturis, yearly maintenance part are available. 27897.jpg?qlt=80&cell=325,325&cvt=jpeg If you notice that your Barbecue is getting hard to light or that the flame isn't as strong as it should be, take the time to check and clean the VENTURIS. 27898.jpg?qlt=80&cell=325,325&cvt=jpeg In some areas of the country, spiders or small inserts have been known to create "flashback" problems. The spiders spin webs, build nests, and lay eggs in the BARBECUE VENTURI TUBE (s)obstructing the flow of gas to the BURNER. The backed-up gas can ignite in the venturis behind the control panel. This is known as a flashback, and it can damage your Barbecue and even cause injury. To prevent flashbacks and ensure good performance the BARBECUE BURNER and VENTURI assembly should be removed from the grill and cleaned before use whenever the BARBECUE has been idle for an extended period of time.

Also, when you lite the BBQ, make sure that you turn the gas on at the tank, wait a couple of minutes and then turn the knob on and light the burner. This is to make sure that the pressure is regulated and sufficient prior to lighting.

Hope this helps!
