Does this valve have a standing pilot? if not, if my hot surface ignitor lights up and the furnace fails to light would you consider it to be a faulty gas valve? I am getting a constant 24 volts fro

If your getting 24 Volts to the gas Valve and the gas Valve is not opening replace your gas valve If your not getting a full 24 volts check your Transformer and the ground to the gas valve. If the gas valve still does not open change the Gas valve.

Does not ignite, no gas getting to unit to ignite. Gas supply is on.

More than likely your gas valve or control board is malfunctioning. You can use a multimeter to check for voltage at the gas valve when the furnace calls for it. In sequence, the IDM will come on, then another click that starts the ignitor which glows, then the next click will be the board sending power to the gas valve. You should have 2 wires on the gas valve, put the meter leads there and when the board calls for the gas valve, you should have 24v at the gas valve. If not, the board is faulty. If you do have the voltage there, the gas valve is faulty and needs replaced. Sometimes you can take a pair of pliers or similar tool and gently knock on top of the gas valve and it will get the valve "unstuck" which can get you some heat if needed. Hope this helps!

Pilot will not light, seems to not be getting any propane to it. The regulator on my propane tank works fine. What could be the cause?

I would trace gas line out and determine were you are getting gas and where it is not. With the gas on I would carefully loosen union or flex fitting going to gas valve. If you have gas there then retighten union and go to fitting on pilot line and check it.You should be able to get gas there by depressing pilot light button. If you have gas there then go to pilot assembly and remove it from gas valve and burner. Remove pilot orifice and carefully clean and blow thru pilot line to make sure it is not obstructed.
If you cannot get any gas thru gas valve then shut off gas before valve and remove inlet line. There should be a fine mesh steel screen there. Make sure it is clean. If you are getting gas to gas valve but not thru it then you probably need to replace gas valve. Thank you

Won't start its like its not getting gas. I can turn the key and pump on the gas it will rev up and shut off. I thought it was the fuel pump so I changed it and that didn't solve the problem what else can...

maybe its bad gas, or an idle issue. you shouldnt have to pump the gas when you start that can actually lead to flooding the engine with gas. Turn the key on and wait about 30 secs before cranking this will ensure your getting proper amount of gas to injector lines. It may take a bit to get rid of gas in there but keep doing it until it starts properly. Also note in doing this do not continuously crank it as the starter and solenoid will fry. Also if you fear there is no gas going to engine look for a gas line bleeder valve. Looks like a tire valve head and usually is covered with a black plastic lid. If you push it in and gas squirts out then your getting gas to engine. If you release all gas and turn the key on and test gas line again and no gas comes out then its what is called a dry start, aka no gas getting to motor. Hence failure of fuel filter or fuel pump. Or a general clog in gas line.

Disconnected intake hose from gas tank to primer bulb

is gas line broke or disconnected? Either way it has to be reinstalled.First, get new gas line, and be sure to get it longer then you need, because, you will need to cut a sharp angle on one end then install this end into gas tank, then reach thru gas cap opening with needle nose pliers, get ahold of fuel line and pull thru. if you do not cut angle on new fuel line, you will never get the line into gas tank.
