i would be of the oppinion you have suffered a power surge and most of the curcuits are fried in my oppinion you need to replace the unit if it can be proven it was a surge your power company by law must pay to replace it to do this you need a pro tech to certify it was a surge (power spike) or if you have home contents insurance its covered by them as well

is this a new setup or just happened need more details if it is new setup make sure your hoses are not connected to the wrong water temp supply, trust me it won't work if they are backwards
