If the machine is just using magenta, yellow and cyan to make black then you get brown, not black, (that why you have a black image unit, because YMC will not make black, color system issue. unless the machine is using yellow, magenta, cyan, then black. With the machine unplugged from the wall remove the battery from the motherboard. Then with the machine still unplugged press the On button for 30 seconds to dissipate any remaining electrical charge on the motherboard. Then re-install the battery, plug the machine back into the wall and see if it will boot normally.

The "F11" fault code will display if the Motor Control Unit (MCU) has an internal failure; repeating under or over voltage, or over current conditions. If failure occurs during high speed spin the door unlocks after 3 minutes. The MCU (Motor Control Unit) is located beside the motor. Here is the part to order.
C610 = Fusing Unit Heat failure. The fusing unit is the part that gets hot and "fuses" the toner onto the paper. The C610 code means that the fuser is not heating up as it should. The 2 most common causes are thermal fuse failure or thermister failure. The thermal fuse will keep the heater lamp from coming on while the thermister failure would cause the machine to not "see" the temperature rising as thus shut down the machine. Either way you will need a service company to come out and diagnose/repair the machine. You must also use the factory service mode to reset the fuser failure code.
