How do i wire the seat switch for l120

Don't understand what you mean..the switch is a single wire going to and from the switch with plug connectors on the end..setting on the seat makes contact by pushing the switch allowing operation getting off disconnects it..If you are talking bypassing it temporarily to test it..I do not suggest a permanent fix...just use a jumper wire between the wire will bypass it...Remember it is a safety switch...and should never be permanently bypassed...hope this is what you were looking for...good luck..

This is a seat switch. Look for wires that go to the bottom cushion.

450 john deere neutral switch problem

The switch needs replacing. Try bypassing it first. Find the wires that go to it and strip off a small bit in the insulation and short them together. Note: It might be a switch that 'disconnects' the connection, so then just cut one wire.

Bypass RIO/PTO on john deer 1025R jractor

RIO/ PTO switches can not be bypassed. These switches are part of the safety circuits. Trying to bypass switches might cause other electrical problems, which that is NOT what you want.

John Deere 790 stalling out

My problem with my John Deere 790 stalling was my safety seat switch. It's a quick fix! What I had to do to fix my 2006 John Deere 790, was:
1. Un-hook the switch wires under the seat that connect to the seat switch.
2. Then, connect all of them with little wire clamps (or you can use a raw wire and connect them all) inside the wire connector, with the 4 connectors in it, to bypass the seat switch. Hot wire all of them together. It somehow resets the switch.
3. Then, with my 790 Deere in neutral, I started it up and held the key in starter position for about 2 seconds. (Instead of letting go right when it fires up) Somehow, in doing this, the seat switch reset and I was able to reconnect the switch and the seat switch works as it should now. My Deere 790 front loader fires right up without stalling now, while in neutral, of course. So, try this first because it's a quick fix. I hope this helps.

You must be in the seat to run the mower ... safety interlocks ... operator presence control is what it is called.
