Check mobo manual and/or manufacturer support website for the exact meaning of this blinking light !!! Then proceed with faulty (or mismatched) component (mobo, cpu, mem ??? )

Samsung ps51d550c1k will not turn on

If the red light flashes for a while, with a clicking noise while trying to turn on. It's either the ysus or xsus board, they are both easy to replace, my xsus board has blown twice, last board I bought off ebay £35 lasted 2 years. Just bought another for £16 + free postage.

If you can use a screwdriver & disconnect/connect a few ribbon cables & connectors, you'll save yourself £££s

google or search youtube for video guides, you won't be disappointed ;)

telltale signs are when the tv starts to make a clicking off/on sound while watching tv, without actually turning off, That's the time to look for a spare ysus or xsus board, before it blows. It could last months or weeks but better to be safe.

Takes me 15mins to take the back off, replace the board & put the back back on. & I'm a novice.

How to fix thosiba led tv 46inch, which does not turn on?

It is not easy to answer this problem, as there are so many reasons for this fault. Troubleshooting should start from it main power regulator board itself. Contact any service technician. Handling main power supply board is very dangerous for an unskilled user.

No display when starting after installing in new machine. I bought TWO ECS MCP61M-M3 motherboards for my kids for Christmas and have the same problem with BOTH. This is in a completely new computer...

you sound like youre familiar with computer. but have you checked your ram? back in the day there used be jumpers. i dont believe this newer model would have anything like that but doesnt hurt to check. also are the power supplies compatible (enough juice)? usually when i try and narrow down an issue i unplug everything cdrom, video card, one stick of ram at a time, etc.. i know this isnt a solution but hopefully it helps you to troubleshoot.

New battery on new bike,it kills the batterys in 2 days

Either you have a dead short in your wireing or your battery is not charging fully. Use a volt meter your battery will have 12 volts start the bike and it should read 13 plus then take it up to 2000 rpm above idle anyway it should read 14 plus. If you dont have these numbers then you have a stator or regulator problem or both. You may be geting a slight charge when running but not enough to keep the battery peaked out.

Wont load up

If everything is working properly, then yes, those lights are normal. Many motherboards have LEDs on them to show standby power. You probably didn't notice them until you worked on the thing.

if you've tried other power supply's and are positive that the power button is connected properly and are getting nothing, no beep no lights no fans, then you got yourself a bad board.
