LMV1630 doesn't heat

Hi,

I just had my microwave installed and it sounds like it is operating but it does not heat any of the items that I put in the microwave.  I tried making popcorn, heating water, and defrosting items, but all the items were the saem exact temperature it was before using the microwave.  Also, the turntable function does not work.

check control panel circuit, and related circuit.
