a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: i need to get image
Change the input on your television to the corresponding input of your DVD player's video output.
ie; if your DVD player is hooked up to Video 2, you need to change your tv input to Video 2.
You may have simply not hooked up the video input, as well.

This could be one of three things
1. Dirty reader head:- If you not got one, ge a DVD lens cleaner run it 3 or 4 times see what happens
2. Maybe needs re setting, rather like a PC, unplug, disconect ALL leads leave over night and re connect see, this worked for a friend of mine recently.
3. The reader that locks onto the digital date is corrupt.....time to buy a new one !!
More expensive to repair than replace

I have found no info that says you can do this as an option. If you could it would be in the owners manual.
