Have you installed a radio, trailer lights, or did something with the wiring? If you did you probably ran a hot wire into the grounding and caused the fuse to blow. If you haven't messed with the wiring you probably still have a blown fuse. Pull the fuses out and hold them up towards the light and see if the thin wire inside the plastic fuse is burned in two.

My Headlights, taillights, and lights on my dashboard/gear shift do not come on, the only lights that work ar the brights!

Fuses. Check those in the interior fuse box (left kick panel, below the dash--fuse chart on the cover) and those in the engine compartment fuse box (far upper left as you face the car). If, after you replace anything that has blown, it blows again, that would suggest a short somewhere in the system, or a bad light switch.
Hope this is of some help.

Taillights and Dashboard lights dont work anymore

the simpliest answer would be to check the fuses, they are located under your dashboard. View owner's manual to find out which fuse run which circuit. If that isn't the problem its more likely an electrical short or the bulbs need changing.Hope this helps.

Good Luck =)

Tail lights and dash lights

You'll have to read through your owners manual. For some time Auto makers have been putting your taillights on the same fuse as your dash lights as an automatic indicator that they are out. I would read through your owners manual and decided where and what fuse will supply power to the taillights and dash lights. If indeed all fuses in connection with the dash lights are good I would suspect the automatic starter.
