That depends on what you mean by "pound."

One troy pound is about 373.2 grams. One avoirdupois pound is about 453.6 grams.

How many ounces is 56.4 grams

Technically - an ounce is 1/16th of a pound. 16 ounces in a pound - generally 28 grams but exact weight is 28.349. You're at just under 2 ounces at the exact weight of 28.349 grams per ounce.

A Troy Ounce is a universal measuring method used for precious metals, gun powder, etc. - it's actually just over 31 grams and is known as an 'Imperial Ounce' (2.75 grams over the standard ounce)

How many pounds in 1 pound

However when you factor in conversion rates, tariffs, rounding up, etc., it is still one.

In this case there is a 1:1 ratio between a pound and a pound.

A person can practically convert it in their head...
