J, sounds like your dispensor flapper is not closing properly and you are drawing warm air up into the ice bucket. This model had an issue where the flapper pin holder was part of the housing and would break off. They have a kit now that fixes that problem. The only other thing it could be would be low freezer temps or it's staying in defrost too long. With out being there, I would start with the dispensor flapper. Check it out and post back.. Catriver.

Suspect the 'pump' tube that runs from the reservoir bottom up to the grounds basket. It may be cracked or the end clamp on the tube is weak, broken, or misplaced on the tube. Check the reservoir for a cracked base or fitting. Remove the bottom plate to get to this. (unplug the cord).

There are many possible points that the leak can be.
All points of the water supply from water tank to the pressure pump then to boiler and finally to coffee group. All this are connected together with plastic or Teflon pipes with easy fit unions secure with clips
You need to disassemble the machine and work it without the side panels of course with extra care since power electrical cables are exposed.
In this way with a very good visual check while the machine is in operation you can identify the leaking point and fix it.
