I have problem with my laptop my fujitsu t900 my laptop not charging more than 90%

this is all i could find out so not sure if it will help you.
Please try below methods and check if it helps.
Method 1 : Run hardware troubleshooter and check if it helps.

1. Type Troubleshooting in search box and open it.
2. Click on Hardware Devices
3. Click on Hardware and Devices.
4. Follow the instruction.

Method 2:
Please try to un-install and install latest driver and check if it helps
Follow the steps below.

1. Press Windows + X, click on Device Manager. right click on device and select Uninstall.

Download the latest driver from manufacturer's website and install.

go into settings and uncheck the box

Ok so newer laptops usually have a "hot key" combination to enable/disable it try doing that to see if its off , if that is not the problem see if windows detects it it all if not you must go into the device manager and find the exact device name (or the manufacturers website) then you must find the driver and install it , if all else fails most new laptops have a small door that is placed over the wireless card make sure it is plugged in tightly if you do have to reinsert it it does not go straight in you must insert at a 45 degree angle then press in and down hope i could help!

IT WILL BE HAPPENED WHEN CHARGE IS >=90%.. WHEN UR CHARGE IS LESS THEN 90% THEN IT WILL GETTING CHARGED..

IT IS ONLY FOR BATTERY LIFE CYCLE..

No that not normal.
Turn the laptop off and remove the AC power and then the battery. Plug in AC power only and start the laptop, let it boot into the operating system and then turn it back off.
Remove AC power and reinsert the battery, then plug in AC power again and look for the charge indicator LED light on the front of the laptop.
If the light comes on then it's charging.
If it doesn't then there is a problem with the laptop.
I would recommend giving Fujitsu a call as their customer service is excellent.

Without checking, I will tell you that when the LCD display failed in an Olympus we owned, I found the price of the replacement display to be over $90 US without labor charges.

i think your laptop needs 90watt adapter because of that its not charging.....
