First Things First

Before even attempting to resolve your problem you'll need to do a few initial checks. They are all very easy and take but a few seconds.
1. Change Batteries - If your mouse is wireless then change the batteries. Just because the bottom of the mouse is still glowing red and its lights are on and flashing doesn't necessarily mean that it's running low on juice and causing other problems.
2. Clean the mouse - Give your mouse and mouse mate or mouse surface a quick once over with a clean cloth to make sure there are no dust particles affecting it's performance.
3. Unplug and plug back in the mouse - It could be a case of simply re-plugging in your mouse. This usually fixes most problems.
If you have taken all of these steps and the problem persists then below are the 5 most common computer mouse problems along with the viable solutions.

New wireless Logitech M320 keyboard works, but it cannot find the wireless mouse nor make it work. What do I do now?

First off, check your drivers and make sure they are up to date with your model. Next check the batteries in the mouse and keyboard, chances are if the mouse is out of juice, the keyboard may not be far behind. Thirdly, make sure you are following the correct procedures stated in the directions for "sync-ing" the mouse and keyboard with the wireless reciever!

I have an inglis oven model irp8580. I can't find my manual and I want to know how the self cleaning works.

First of all, here is the main ONLINE SUPPORT page for your model:

http://www.inglis.ca/index.php/en/products/cooking/ranges/ivp8580

And here is a direct link to the ONLINE USER'S MANUAL for that model:

http://www.inglis.ca/images/stories/inglis/pdfs/cooking/inglis_ranges_usecare.pdf

To view the Support Page or the Owner's Manual with Operating Instructions just use your mouse to click on the link, which is the underlined and highlighted text just above. This will open a new web browser page automatically for you and allow you to view the information at the website indicated or the contents of the Owner's Manual.

You may need ADOBE READER installed on your computer to read PDF documents. You can download this free at WWW.ADOBE.COM if necessary. Click on the DOWNLOAD ADOBE READER button on right side of the ADOBE home page when you get there.

See page 7 of the ONLINE USER'S MANUAL for complete detailed instructions on how to carry out the self cleaning procedure.

Please comment back here to this page if you have any questions, have difficulty accessing the links, or just require further general assistance and I will respond as soon as I see it.

Thank you very much and good luck.

Mouse not working

Try reconnecting the mouse while your computer is still on.
If it´s not working, then turn off your computer, reconnect the mouse and turn on your computer.

If you are using mouse with USB cable try plug-ing your mouse in different USB hub/input.

Have you got any drivers on CD when you purchased the mouse? Install them.

Perhaps mouse is simply malfunctioning, try with a different/new one.

Keyboard not responding. just bought it today.. i've check everything, battery, drivers and receiver are all ok.

After six months of using the same keyboard / mouse combo with no problems, I had exactly the same problem as you one day (keyboard wouldn't connect, but mouse OK), I resolved it by powering down the mouse (hold the 'connect' button) and then sync-ing the keyboard using the USB key. When I powered the mouse up again, both pieces of equipment worked fine again. Hope this helps.
