Question about Saeco Vienna De Luxe Espresso Machine
Cleaned brew group and have descaled. I can hear the beans grinding, there is water in the resevior and the waste bin is empty but coffeee is not coming out. The last 'cup' was just a few dribbles. I have also noted that water seems to be leaking from the underside and the try where one would set the cup is not catching overage. When I open the unit and remove the brew group, there is ground coffee behind the brew group in a nook which looks like it drains into the tray--I have stuck my finger in there in atttempts to remove what i believe is stuck debris. Any thoughts? If not, has anyone had QUICK success with any of the repair places? Thanks
Looks like your machine is leaking internally and rather than the water come out of where it is supposed to, it is leaking inside.
