Question about Philips 60PL9200D Projection Televisions
The tv shut itself off and then will not turn on. The lights at the bottom of the TV blink but nothing else happens

capacitor problems in power supply or a regulater isolate the power suppley by disconecting the line output stage/unplug scan coils for example and run a 60w bulb as a dummy load one wire to earth and the other to rail voltage colecter of line output transister if the bulb glows steady the power supplys fine

5 volt protection is causing the set to go into protective shutdown. Check for shorted diode 6306. Part#934038020127
or shorted capacitor 2318. or faulty voltage regulator

there was a problem on your convergence module, if you were able to repair and check please check that area. if you have no idea to fixing the tv, you need to call for service on that.
