go to facebook.com/mobile
there you will be given a unique email address for your facebook account. this email address can be found under the upload via email portion.
save/copy this email address. go to your own email (example: yahoomail) and send an email to the email address given to you. no subject necessary. if you place a subject, that will automatically be the caption of the photo you send. this photo will be placed under an album entitled mobile uploads in your facebook account.
