a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You must be on the main phone on jack 01 to set time. You can determine if your phone is jack 01 by pressing PROGRAM 99 on a display phone and then pushing the number 6 on the dial pad. The phone will read the jack and extension number. When you have determined the jack 01 phone, do the following: Press PROGRAM * * 1234(Default password is 1234. yours may have been changed) Press SP-PHONE 2 Times. To change the year enter the two digit year. If it is correct press FWD/DND to move the flashing indicator. MONTH is changed by pressing the AUTO ANSWER /MUTE key. DAY is entered as 1 or 2 digit day. DAY OF THE WEEK is entered by pressing the AUTO ANSWER/MUTE key. Press STORE to save your changes. Press SP-PHONE Enter 2 digit hour (Hour is flashing). Press FWD/DND button(Minute starts flashing). You guys had the owner manual scanned on your web site so I just RTFM ;~).
To clear the voicemail light on the base unit, first press the Redial button on the phone, then hold down the Clear button on the phone for a few seconds. The light should go out.
Here's a tip: I wrote down the above instructions on a small piece of paper and taped them to the back of the phone. You could also tape the note on the inside the battery door.

SOURCE: New Voice Mail message
You received a message on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. To hear the message, dial the voicemail number provided by your service provider (in many cases, this will be your own phone number), and follow the voice instructions for listening to your messages. You need to store the voicemail access # by pressing [MENU], [#] ,, on the handset. To access the voicemail, press [TALK], then softkey [VM]. Depending on your service provider, you may need to clear your voice mailbox to remove the notification.
