Windows store your password on SAM and system file in
WINDOWSsystem32config directory,
You can recover your password using
SAMInside by getting SAM and system file(this file is protected by windows) so you need shutting down your system.
how to get SAM and system file:
- remove your HDD, install on another computer as slave, browse to
WINDOWSsystem32config and copy that files.
- use
NTFS DOS, boot your computer from floppy, browse and copy files under DOS
- use live CD, boot your computer from live CD
- use
Windows Live USB, boot computer from USB.
If you have SAM and system file open SAMInside, click File - Import from SAM and SYSTEM registry files.. and start recovery, if you remember some letter or lenght of your password use mask attack.
(of course you need another computer to do this, right?).
If you won't spend your time, just reinstalling your windows.good luck.
