Question about Dell Vostro A860 Notebook
Even i have plugged into the wire or on battery, the notebook want start. When i press the power button the battery led left down just blink..nothing else happen.. What that means?

There is a coin cell style battery inside that keeps the cmos values while the notebook is off. In time that battery will run down and needs to be replaced.

It sounds like your hard drive has gone bad. As this is a laptop you can try to reseat the hard drive, if that does not help then it might be a case of hard drive crash.

I doubt there is battery problem, have you tried switching on laptop without battery and connecting through the laptop charger? most probable your battery is not taking the charge. so suggest you to disconnect the battery and try using laptop with charger then you'll find the problem.
