No picture after power on

if there are no leds lit, replace the power supply. if the leds are on and fans are on, the colorwheel may be bad. if the colorwheel spins, the lamp is bad.

Infocus x2 fan for lamp wont turn on

if there are no leds lit on the top when you turn the switch on, you have a bad power supply. if the leds are blinking, check your lamp door switch. if it's not closed, nothing will turn on.

In72 does not power up. I think that it is a blown fuse. Where is this fuse located

if there are no leds lit on the top, then it's a power supply issue. open it up and check the fuse on the power supply (next to where the cord plugs in). if the fuse is ok, you'll have to replace the power supply. you can get parts from an infocus service center or send it to them to repair. either way, try www.avsolutionsny.com. they're really good.

Infocus lamp replaced - still does not work. LED lights on control panel not on either.

without knowing the model of projector, i would say that you need to replace the power supply. the leds are lit from the initial 5v when the power supply is on. no leds, bad ps.

It was running & just shut down. wont even power up ! nothing.I checked the cord & it's fine????

if a red led is blinking, it may have overheated. if there are no leds lit, you'll need to replace the power supply. you can get the part from an infocus service center and replace it yourself or send it to one for repair. either way, try av solutions in ny. they're really good. www.avsolutionsny.com

New lamp, no power!

if there are no leds lit, i'm surprised that it powers up. but if there is no light when the fans are running, it may be the ballast that needs replacing.

Infocus sp 5000

if there are no leds lit on the top, check the lamp door switch. if the switch is bad or isn't activated by the door, it won't turn on. and there is a fuse on the power supply, but chances are, it's the power supply itself that is bad.

what is the led doing? what coloris it? and if it is blinking, how many times? this will tell you the problem.

green (flashing and solid)- all is well
red flashing:
1 time- lamp won't strike after 5x
2 times- lamp has over 2000 hrs. replace lamp
3 times- lamp failure. replace lamp
4 times- fan not working.
5 times- projector running too hot. needs cooldown
red led lit solid- undiagnosed issue. send in for repair.

if your projector is under 2 years old, it's under warranty, but it seems unlikely.
