Question about Electrolux Refrigerators

Tips for a great answer:
I appreciate your post, Billy!
I understand that the lock control will not unlock on your Frigidaire range. I noticed that you have disconnected the electricity and the range is still not unlocking. I would recommend holding down the clear/cancel button for at least 15 seconds. If that does not unlock your range I would suggest that it could be a possible issue with your door lock or control panel. For any repairs to be completed I would recommend having a professional technician out to complete a diagnosis. This will help you avoid any unnecessary part purchases. Hopefully this information is helpful. -Matt

Good Morning Eva Ehrlich, thank you for your inquiry!
From what you have described the control panel on your Electrolux dishwasher is locked and will not allow you to operate it. Could you please provide me with your model number? You can locate the serial tag (which lists your model number) on the inside wall of your dishwasher. Once I have that information I can provide you additional assistance in unlocking your control panel. -Matt

Good Morning friend, thanks for your inquiry!
Based off the information you have provided your Electrolux frontload washer the door will not open and the timer is stuck. I would recommend performing a reset on your washer and you can do that by unplugging the power cord or flipping the household circuit off for ten minutes. If that does not help to resolve your issue I would suggest consulting with a professional technician for an accurate diagnosis. It could be a potential problem with your control panel or door latch assembly. I hope this information is helpful. -Matt

Hello roderick234 - From what you have described it sounds like the beverage center has a poor door seal. When cold air and warm air outside is entering it causes condensation. Try checking and see if the door seal is bad; place a dollar bill between the body of the freezer and close the door. The dollar bill should stay in place and pull out with a small amount of resistance. If the dollar bill falls out when placed between the gasket and cabinet double check to see if the door is being blocked by anything stopping it from closing it. If nothing is stopping the door from closing then I suggest contacting your manufacturer and see who they recommend to repair the unit.
