Is there an adapter to switch tv to smart tv

No, but most Blu-ray players are "smart" players and include a Netflix app as well as other services such as HULU, Amazon, etc. Usually, the Blu-ray player will have stickers or or emblems printed on the box or the on the player itself with "Netflix" , etc.
Connect the Blu-ray player to the TV using an HDMI cable. Connect the Blu-ray player to your router/home network with an ethernet cable or wirelessly if your player has built-in Wi-fi. Once that is done you can go to the Main Menu on the player and select Netflix. That should open the Netflix app and connect you for watching Netflix.

Wrong resolution on smart tv- cvd601

I made the mistake of selecting the largest of the resolution settings of 1920x1080-50Hz. The CVD601 DOES NOT HAVE A RESET BUTTON! You have to do all your business on screen. So to regain my setting of 1280x720-60Hz, I disconnected from my TV and hooked up to my computer monitor. At that point, I got my picture back and went to settings. Upon restoring the settings in TV Screen Resolution to: 1280x720-60Hz just click and exit. In the US everything is based on the 60Hz cycle. Hence the hickup when you pick anything in the 50Hz cycle. I hope this helps!

Your Craig TV's power regulator section inside has some fault with it. It is a Switched Mode Power Supply [SMPS in short]. The fault to tis section will be very difficult to repair. As power supply comes direltly to this section first, it will be very dangerous too; for an unexperienced one to repair this section. If you are sound in electroncis and have all equipments to solder, desolder, measure voltage measuing meter etc, you can do it by yoursef by taking time. If not, get it repaired by any experienced service techinician. OK.
