Replace it. Warranty if still in time and not due to bad installation or error. New purchase otherwise. Do not run the fan with a cracked blade or the computer without a fan.

My fan blade had cracked and evidently, broke off. Can I get a replacement fan blade for my fan? Are they universal?

Not really. Beside the size of the shaft, you have the size of the blades, weight, pitch, etc to consider. If the motor cannot run at its designated speed it will burn out.

Try an original replacement from manufacturer or go go a junk shop - you might get lucky.

Fan blade has cracked upon cleaning...does anyone make a replacement blade?

You local appliance spare parts supplier will almost certainly have replacements for circular or cylindrical fans. If you have a make and model, I could see if I can find one for you?

If cleaned up well, superglue gel may fix the crack depending on location and strain.

Replaced fan clutch and and the problem is still their. reeves up when you start off. and u can here the fan

This would be normal. As there isn't air flow , then the fan starts turning to get up to speed. The noise is from the fan blades flexing and pulling air threw the radiator. The blades could be a little fatigued. They should have check for cracks when the clutch was replaced. Cracks make the noise worse.

Unit makes a loud rattling noise when operating

Hello, most likely the fan blade is either loose or cracked at the hub causing the blade to hit the fan shroud. You will either have tighten the fan blade or have to get a replacement.

Hai I'm Prem here that my lc nuovo go sound around fan coolend area like very noisy and vibration thx

With the engine cold, check the fan blade assembly for cracks. Some blade assemblies have a large ring or band around the outside of the blade tips. If it is broken the fan becomes off-balance while spinning and will vibrate badly. Fan replacement will likely need to be done to cure this problem.

Fan oscillation

Probably damaged the fan blade. If plastic, it could be missing a blade or maybe cracked. If metal, probably bent. I would ttry to get an eyeball on it while it''s running to see just what's up. Fan motors are usually pretty durable and last quite awhile.Good Luck and hope this helps.

Blower motor location for 2000 Caravan

The motor is located just under the glove box on the passenger side. I remove the glove box then the panel below the glove box. I also go ahead and pull back the carpet and the padding under the motor. It is held in place by 3-4 bolts that take a 7-8 millimeter socket. I use a swivel extension for the back bolts. The motor with the fan blade attached is a tight fit, just keep wiggling and pulling it should come out. Try to remove the old moter without cracking the fan blade, because sometimes the replacement motor doesn't come with a blade
