Question about Hitachi C7u2 190Mm 110V Circular Saw
Long time did not use a saw. But again as I started to use gutted maybe 30 seconds, afterwards stopped. Before cutting does not pay attention to hard disk spins. Pot began to look for fault and I found that carbons even move. I think the problem here. But I could not remove them. Thanks
It sounds like they have become stuck due to non use. All you can do is try to pull them out. If they break, clean out the brush holders before you fit the new ones. Also check the armature is ok first.

I would suggest 2 things... first check that your blade is tight... and second make sure that your power supply is adequate...no long skinny cords or sharing outlets

On the sides of the motor housing there are two small, black screw caps about as big around as a dime. By removing those the brushes will come out. Most come out easily but if they are in very tight, be carefull not to strip out the screw driver slots. The caps are made of a hard plastic that breaks easily and if the slots are stripped out they are very difficult to remove.
