Question about Nokia Asha 311 Nv - Grey
I turn the phone on but it turns off after a couple of secods. I install the software all over again because at one point phone never turn on black screen stay on
I think you need to charge it or your phone is potentially broken and that's the reason and if your phone keeps on turning off how can you install software to it? I hope I helped! :D

hey friends..i just sent my nokia e61i which had its firmware failure during the updation process,,the problem is that its integrated circuit or I.C..is short circuited or what something like that..so the best option is to sent the phone to a nokia service center..i hav just sent mine..hope to get it back in a month...

I took the memory card and then turned it on and it worked. I put the memory card back in and everything works fine now. So just try that..

It can be because of weak battery.Is it a new phone?.Try the same battery in different nokia mobile and if that mobile faces the same problem then it must be the battery problem if not Contact your vendor and tell them the issue they will help you.Rate me if my solution was helpful.
