hi Maureen. Simply put, tagging identifies someone else in a post, photo or status update that you share. A tag may also notify that person that you have mentioned them or referred to them in a post or a photo, and provide a link back to their profile. You can tag someone in a photo that you share to identify them in the photo.4 Mar 2014
What does tap to tag friends on Facebook mean?
The post you tag the person in may also be added to that person's timeline. For example, you can tag a photo to show who's in the photo or post a status update and say who you're with. If you tag a friend in your status update, anyone who sees that update can click on your friend's name and go to their profile.
they will lock you out but only for a few days or so ..reason can be .posting inappropriate photo's ( they may not seem it to us but facebook are very strict ) adding too many tags to a photo can get you banned ( if you have to add loads of tags do them slow, atleast 20 seconds between tags ) and they also do it if some one reports you
I have never used Tagged, so I apologize for that. The following solution is based on assumptions.
If Tagged offers photo fetching from Facebook, then I have no idea.
If Tagged allows you to upload pictures from your computer, then that's great. Here's what you can do: 1.) Open up the picture on Facebook. 2a.) Right click --> Save image as... --> (save the image) 2b.) On the bottom right of the picture, select Options. Then, select Download.
Do you mean you un-tagged a picture or changed your image settings? Tagging: To re-tag a photo simply go to that photo, hover over it, and click tag. Then click on the photo and type the desired name. Image Settings:
Click the down arrow in the right corner of the screen and select "Privacy Settings."
Click "Edit Settings" next to How Tags Work.
Look at "Maximum Timeline Visibility." Here you can select who sees photos you are tagged in: Public, Friends of Friends, Friends only, Custom (limit particular individuals etc.), and friend lists.
Album view setting can be changed using the audience selector on the album itself.
You can only only block people, not images. Blocking a person prevents them from seeing any non-public information on your profile.
As long as you are friend with him/her, you can't block tagging. If you block your friend for tagging, you'll not be able to communicate with him/her on Facebook. But you can easily remove the tags so that they'll not show up as your profile pics.
Click on your "profile", and then on the picture shown, now when move your mouse on the picture, you'll see the tagged names. Look on the lists of the tagged name below the picture, you'll see your user name with "Remove tag", click on "remove tag" and you are done. When you get back to your profile, you'll not see that picture again.
If you have problem. let me know, i'll give you another example.
When you want to tag a person, just go to your album. Open the pic that you want to tag and at right just below the pic.. you have there the link that says tag. Click that and click on the person on the pic.
Log into facebook and follow this instructions. Now you need to select the photo you wish to tag. Do this by clicking on 'Profile', then clicking on 'Photos'. This will bring you to any pictures albums you have uploaded. Click on the album that contains your picture. Finally click on your picture. Click on the 'Tag Photo' link which appears beneath the picture on the right. This will bring up the options to tag your picture. Use your mouse to click on a person's face.
A box will appear around where you clicked. You can adjust the size of the box or the location with your mouse. When you view this picture later, if you hover your mouse over this area of the picture, the name of the person tagged will appear.
Your list of friends will appear on the left. Select the name of the person you wish to tag the area of the picture from your list of friends or enter in a new name if that person does not have a Facebook account. Then click 'Tag'. Repeat this process for each person you wish to tag, then Click 'Done Tagging'
